Hmmm....I don't see Wachovia on this list of stocks that are protected by the SEC from short-sellers. See what Mish thinks about this.

Update: Yes. Poor Wachovia is raided by the state security regulators.

It took me a while to translate The SEC's short selling order from the original Russian, but once I did it was simple: "Capitalism has been suspended until further notice."
